RETURNS/EXCHANGES

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be sent back in the product box to qualify for a return. To begin the process of a return/exchange, please visit our Return/Exchange Form to submit your request.  Once your request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation with the address to mail the return back to via a carrier of your choice.  We do not provide prepaid shipping labels, all return shipping is responsibility of the customer.  

 

Refunds:

When we receive your item back to our facility, it takes 2-3 business days to process.  We will inspect the returned item and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original card/method of payment.  The refund can take 5-7 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank.  

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned hair.

 

Exchanges:

You have 30 calendar days to return and exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be attached to the cardboard backing at the base and in the plastic sleeve to qualify for a return and exchange. To begin the process of a Return/Exchange, please visit our Return/Exchange Form to submit your request. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation with the address to mail the return back to via a carrier of your choice. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels, all return shipping is responsibility of the customer. Please do not fold the packaging & ship back in the same box you received the item in to retain its' natural shape. Upon receiving the returned item back to our facility, it takes 2 business days for your exchange to be shipped via Ground Shipping. 

 

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not offer prepaid shipping labels. 
Haus of Strands is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

  

Our cut-off time:

If we receive your order by 12pm MST, Monday through Friday, your order will ship same-day; all orders placed after 12pm MST Monday-Friday, will ship the next business day.  Order placed on Friday after 12pm MST through Sunday will ship the following Monday.

We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.
